It was a peaceful place where I reflected on my life and made some clear decisions on this year.
Sitting under a tree for several hours I took the time to calm my thoughts and heart and think deeply on things I wanted in my life.
I wrote down my dreams and what I hoped for the future.
Although I was only there for a short time I felt refreshed and started to see how I could focus more on my life.
I forgave myself for my mistakes and understood what I needed to do to be a better person.
On my way back to the guesthouse it started to rain. It felt like the rain was washing away all of my bad thoughts from last year and giving me energy for the new year to come.
